Othello's Restaurant - February Lunch Menu

At the Astley Bank Hotel and Conference Centre our chef takes as much pride and care with the table d'hote lunch menu as he does with our extensive a la carte dinner menu.

Lunch is served from 12-2pm on Monday to Saturday, 12-8pm on Sunday

Served in Chardonnay cream, tomato and herbs,
with garlic bread

Served with a whisky sauce and onion rings

Served with a Thousand Island Dressing and tomato and cucumber salsa

Served on a fondant potato with brandy, blue cheese
and forest mushroom stroganoff

Filled with Smoked Mackerel Mousse with smashed new potatoes
and paprika cream sauce

Lancashire Lamb Hot Pot
Served with crispy sliced potatoes and spiced red cabbage

Salmon on a Potato Cake
Served with a light prawn sauce and shredded spinach salad

Roasted Pepper
Stuffed with vine tomatoes, garlic and basil with a chestnut crumble

With rum and raisin ice cream and pouring cream
