At the Astley Bank Hotel and Conference Centre our chef takes as much pride and care with the table d'hote lunch menu as he does with our extensive a la carte dinner menu.

Sunday Lunch is served from 12-7pm

spicy pakoras, fresh mango salsa, minted yoghurt

fresh basil leaf and crispy prosciutto

roasted and candy beets, carrot and cardammon puree


Whole Roast Chicken,

breast and leg, salad of roasted peppers and feta, spiced new potatoes

pressed potato and crab, warm ceasars hollandaise

Roast Rib Of John Penny's,

Yorkshire pudding and roasties

Traditional Turkey Breast Dinner,

whole cranberry gravy

Loch Salmon,

sticky honey and chilli dressing, prawn toast, oriental sauce

Slow Roast Tomato Tartin,

goats cheese, heirloom potato compression, basil pesto

Summer Pudding,

sherry anglaise, vanilla pod ice-cream
