The safety of our guests and our team is always our top priority. We want to have no doubt that we are taking every precaution to ensure your safety and wellbeing during your stay. While we always have extremely high standards of housekeeping & hygiene, our Senior Management are now overseeing increased levels of cleaning and employee training so you can be completely confident of your safety while at our hotel. To make sure you have a great stay and to reassure you that we have thought of all aspects of your visit, please familiarise yourself with the following service and safety procedures that are now in place.

RISK ASSESSMENT

As a responsible business and a caring employer, we feel it is our duty to protect people from harm. This includes taking all the necessary steps to protect everyone that comes into our premises from coronavirus. Apart from being one of the first venues that introduced mandatory temperature checks for all our guests and employees, we have followed the guidelines published by the Government in every step of the way, from the first lockdown to our reopening, expected on the 17th of May 2021, in an effort to be COVID-secure. In doing so, we have produced several policies that comprise a number of practical measures that can help us work safely and manage the risk associated with running a hospitality business at this time.
